The house is located in the heart of Rowayton \u2013 across the street from Rowayton School (built in 1940) and the Duck Pond. Steps from the Rowayton Community Center with its Library, paddle courts, Potting Shed, Dog Park and meeting rooms. Around the corner from \"Downtown Rowayton\" and Bayley Beach.<\/p>\n
